It’s no secret practicing “presence” can improve our wellbeing. In fact, it’s scientifically proven. It’s really simple to start, by recognizing & being grateful for positive things in life all areas of our life will receive it’s benefits.
Gratitude increases emotional wellbeing, reduces stress, & improves your overall physical health.
What would your life be like without a certain person or people? Without the small things you take for granted? Who & what are you taking for granted right now?
Today start your week with Mindful Appreciation…
Express your appreciation for someone who makes a difference in your life. Someone your life would never been the same without. Let them know!
Journal your experiences & five things for which we are grateful for (no matter how bad the experience). What you have learned? Where it has led you? What did you gain? Doing this simple exercise consistently increases your gratitude levels & shifts the way you perceive situations & others in your life.
Add the attitude of gratitude to your bedtime routine. Take a few minutes at the end of each day & acknowledge the little things in your life for which you are thankful.
