Mindful Monday Minute-Love & Kindness Meditation

Each day it’s important to take a moment for yourself to just BE in the moment. Here’s a simple mindful meditation that’s just 2 minutes….
For one minute, repeat “May I be happy, may I be well, may I be filled with love & peace.” You can  think of someone you know or just send love to all people & repeat “May you be happy, may you be well, may you be filled with love & peace.” .
